1. Website Content
All of your website content must be provided before or at the time you are given an appointment date. No projects will be scheduled without your website content.
We will be happy to give you an idea of the next available opening.

2. General Time Estimates

Please allow 30 days for completing your website project.

3. Website Elements
When we schedule your project, a specific amount of time is alloted based on your project requirements. Please carefully consider everything you may need for your website (see #4).

4. Addiitions and Changes
If you request major changes or add another component not covered in your initial project, and it requires more than 24 hours of labor, a new work order will be opened for the next available appointment.

5. Your Appointment
If your project date arrives and you are not ready to begin your project, then a new appointment may be scheduled for the next available opening.

Written Content Instructions
Please have all of your written content ready before your appointment.
You may send it in an email, either in a Word doc or pasted directly in the email.

If your text is in an email, please divide the web page contents into separate emails, and type in the Subject line of the email which page it is. For example...
"About Us for www.YourWebsite.com." This will help us easily find your email.

Hosting Company
We can provide reliable hosting for your website in affordable price for your budget.

Administrative Details
A 50% deposit is due at the time your project is scheduled. The final balance is due when the site is finished.
There is a 25% non-refundable fee for cancellations.
